What we can work on, together
Individual online therapy for adolescents and adults. Whatever you bring, we'll meet it with curiosity and kindness.
Therapy for adults
Space to untangle work stress, relationships, self-doubt, big transitions, or the quiet feeling that something isn't right. Structured when useful, exploratory when needed.
Therapy for adolescents
A safe, non-preachy space for teens navigating academic pressure, identity, friendships, family, and feelings that are hard to name, at their pace and in their language.
Concerns I commonly work with
Anxiety & Stress
When worry, overthinking, or pressure feel like they are running the show, anxiety therapy helps you understand your triggers and build calmer ways to respond.
Depression & Low Mood
Gentle, structured support for the heaviness, numbness, or loss of interest that makes everyday life hard, helping you reconnect with yourself.
Relationship Concerns
Whether it involves friendships, family, or partners, relationship counselling explores patterns, boundaries, and communication so your connections feel more nourishing.
Self-Esteem & Confidence
Quieting the inner critic and rewriting the stories you tell about yourself, so you can show up as who you really are.
Emotional Regulation
Learn to notice, name, and ride out big feelings instead of being overwhelmed or shut down by them.
Academic & Career Challenges
Get support for exam stress, burnout, career confusion, and the imposter feelings that come with studying and working life.
Life Transitions & Adjustment
Whether it is a new city, a new role, a big change, or an ending, therapy helps you find your footing when life shifts under you.
Grief, Burnout & More
Loss, exhaustion, and the things that don't fit neatly in a category. If it matters to you, it belongs in the room.
